In this video, Teagan Faran and I will perform Astor Piazzolla’s Felure and later talk about Teagan’s experience playing in the famous tango school, La Orquesta Escuela de Emilio Balcarce, and the tango orchestra, La Martino Orquesta Tipica during her 2019 stay in Buenos Aires. Moving to a new country can be difficult and intense, but Teagan was able to make a lot of connections and friends while there. She shares with us some of the biggest takeaways of what it means to participate in tango and creating art.
